Carrie made our stay in Chattanooga North Shore fantastic and the place was great for two plus a small dog for our week stay. The highlight is definitely the location since it's within 5 - 10 minutes to almost everything we wanted to do but still tucked away to be calm for the most part. The house, furniture, and amenities were sufficient. There's no fenced yard for the dog but with so many park options being so close by, it didn't bother us at all. Overall, we were so happy with staying here and thankful for you Carrie!

The host was very communicative and friendly! We had a group of 4 and our pup stay and it was very accommodating for us. The only disappointment was the pictures of the house had not been updated prior to our stay, we were expecting the large sectional couch upon our arrival and discovered an oversized love seat and just one chair in the living room. There is also not as much yard space as the pictures had made it seem, the front yard has a steep drop off, so not much room for our dog to play. Other than this, everything was great! Still recommend this house and area!

We'll definitely return, this was a great North Shore experience! The house was warm on a cold winter day - I can imagine its would be even better in the spring or summer. The views were great, so many things within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Everything was a breeze, Carrie was super nice and responsive. I think they renovated the place so there wasn’t a piano, but everything was nice, super comfy, and worked well for us. Also, great location. It was near everything we planned to do that night. Only a 9 min walk to Coolidge Park too.

Great place to stay in Chattanooga! The location couldn’t be better—walkable to so much in the city, and having a Publix directly across the street was incredibly convenient. We did have a small issue with the shower, but the host responded right away and resolved it quickly. Excellent communication and an ideal spot overall. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great little spot for a reunion with my sister and our partners! A bit snug but it worked brilliantly for a few days to explore Chattanooga. We were so close to my favorite vintage shops & tacos (RIP taconooga) and short drives to other activities (Rock city, signal mtn, Hunter art museum and Chattanooga ghost tour this trip). Fully recommend this cozy spot.

This property follows Yellow Door Vacation Rentals’s standard cancellation policy.

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will match it.
